Join The Gathering for the 2nd annual showing of original art and favorite things
Do you draw? Paint? Quilt? Sculpt? Take pictures? Do you have a collection of things that others might like to see? Be thinking of what you can put on display at the art show presented by The Gathering on Sunday, October 14, 12-5 p.m. in the Bethany Social Hall.
We’ll be looking for needlework, paintings, sketches, photos, sculpture, collage/mixed media, poetry and more!
Entering is easy. Just fill out this form (download it here) by Oct. 1 so that we can plan accordingly. Items for the show must be delivered Saturday, Oct. 13 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to the hall at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 5625 24th Street, Sacramento (about a mile south of City College).
There’s no cost to enter the show, and there’s no judging. This is a free show, and all are welcome. Refreshments will be served. Those submitting art/collections will be given invitation postcards to send to friends and family.
